Prior to the start of construction, Winston Services provides plan review services to determine compliance with Building, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and other codes as adopted by your Texas community. Utilizing some of the latest and greatest technology, such as Electronic Plan Review (EPR), we work diligently to provide comments on plans reviewed for new construction within 7 working days. Any review of corrections, if necessary, will be turned around within 5 business days.
